National Robotics Competition (NRC)
Join the largest robotics competition in Singapore. NRC is an exciting game-based robotic competition that provides an opportunity for participants to develop their creativity and problem-solving skills in a fun and engaging way!
Organized by Science Centre Singapore for 22 years with MOE support. Over 50,000 participants and 230,000 supporters to date.
First LEGO League (FLL)
First LEGO League comprises three divisions (DISCOVER, EXPLORE, and CHALLENGE). Every year, a new Challenge is released based on a real-world, scientific theme.
Children start with STEM fundamentals in Discover, design and build robots in Explore, then apply critical thinking to compete in mission-based robotics games in Challenge.
RoboCup Singapore Open
RoboCup Singapore Open is held by Singapore Polytechnic and Singapore Science Centre. The competition features sub-category challenges such as CoSpace Rescue, CoSpace Dance, CoSpace Home, and CoSpace Grand Prix.
CoSpaceRobot is the official platform for RoboCupJunior Rescue Simulation and RoboCup Asia-Pacific (RCAP) CoSpace Challenge.
MakeX Singapore
MakeX is a robotics competition platform that promotes multidisciplinary learning within science and technology. It aims to build a world where STEAM education is valued and where young people are passionate about innovation.

CodeFest – Singapore's Hackathon for Kids
CodeFest is an AI-powered hackathon for kids. Category A (AI Hero Lab) challenges young coders ages 7–10 to build AI superhero games using Scratch. Category B (AI StoryCrafters Studio) invites ages 11+ to create inspiring AI-powered videos.
Prizes include Apple iPad, Apple AirPods, and Razer peripherals. All participants receive certificates, goodie bags, and lunch.
Hwa Chong Info-communications Challenge (HCIC)
The HCIC is a prestigious coding competition organised by Hwa Chong Institution (HCI), one of Singapore's top schools. It tests computational thinking and programming skills among primary school students through logic, algorithms, and coding challenges.
Only Primary 6 students from participating MOE Primary schools are eligible. A great opportunity for aspiring young coders to shine.
